Invoice paid twice
Paid for a product twice by mistake. Via Klarna and directly to the seller. Missed the fine print.
Overlooked the fine print.

If you accidentally transferred the amount to your seller, I recommend contacting them and asking for a reversal of the transfer. Your seller may need your IBAN and/or the payment reference to locate the payment.

Mentor3 weeks agoHow can TE accidentally pay the seller? They must have given out bank details or PayPal details. Since when has paying outside of eBay been allowed?

Mentor3 weeks agoThis can happen when the bank details are noted on the invoice issued by the seller and buyers think that they have to pay this invoice instead of the invoice from Klarna.
Normally, the invoices include a note saying that they do not need to be paid, however, as in this case here, it can also happen that the note is overlooked.

If I send an invoice as a private seller to a buyer, then no bank details are provided there.

Hm, double payment actually isn’t possible via eBay, and direct payment to the seller definitely isn’t either.
