Print/receive an invoice for a purchased item
Hello everyone,
does anyone know about this? I’m at my wit’s end with it. Chat-Bot won’t understand it, there’s no entry in the help topics, and the AI phone help is a disaster!!
Please help me.

you can print out the details of the purchase yourself, that's what the function on ebay is there for.
For proper invoices, the sellers are solely responsible, but if you bought with this private account, there is no entitlement to one and you are dependent on the seller's goodwill.

That was the final decision never to buy from ebay for business again.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhy can’t you just take down the details of the purchase? Or write a self-issued receipt?
For example, I also never buy with my business account, because returns and cancellations work completely differently there if something doesn’t fit.
