Invoice with VAT
Hello,
can someone tell me, if I buy as a company, whether I can get an invoice
with itemized VAT?
The seller couldn't answer my question.

What kind of seller did you ask? A commercial seller should know something like that, and if you buy with this account, you’re at the seller’s mercy because, as I said, there is no entitlement. And whether any VAT shown separately would then appear on the invoice also depends on whether the seller uses the small business regulation or the margin scheme, because in that case VAT isn’t shown on the invoices anyway.
