Invoice from the seller required for warranty repair
I need the invoice for an item that I bought from a commercial seller. It is a smartphone that needs to be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. The seller is not getting back to me after several attempts to contact them.

Mentor3 weeks agoFor invoices, only the sellers are responsible, but as I can see, you probably bought it with a private account and therefore you are not entitled to a proper invoice at all. Print out the details of the purchase.

how high was the purchase price for the smartphone?
Why didn't you print out the seller's invoice after the payment/shipping confirmation?
How long has it been since the purchase?
