Hello everyone,I have found that a professional eBay seller, who among others appears as [Name] or [Name] operates on this platform in the name and on behalf of eBay GmbH.The seller actually seems to be based in China, but has a returns center in Poland. However, they also appear with their own German VAT ID.Who is the legal contractual partner to assert warranty claims against? A higher amount is still outstanding after the return. The seller is being difficult and only responds sporadically without offering a solution; eBay refers me to the seller.I would now initiate the dunning procedure against eBay GmbH. Best regards
