Invoice creation not possible

Summary: clapa5 is having a problem creating a combined invoice for a regular customer on a sales platform. An inaccurate error message appears saying that the buyer has already paid or that the 30-day period has been exceeded. melina@ebay from the platform tries to help by instructing clapa5 to use the "combine purchases" function, but the problem persists. A screenshot of the error message is requested, and the inquiry is forwarded to the specialist department. The next day, it is determined that the problem has been resolved, but it remains unclear how the solution was achieved.

Hello, maybe someone here can help me!

A regular customer of mine won several items and wants a combined invoice. I create the invoice and as soon as I want to change the shipping costs, the message appears "We can’t process your request because the buyer has either already paid this invoice or the item can no longer be paid 30 days after the last listing". But that isn’t correct, the buyer hasn’t paid yet and 30 days haven’t passed either. Customer support says it must be due to my or the buyer’s settings and I should try this and that. Nothing worked, I’m also in contact with my regular customer and nothing has changed on their end either; after all, I’ve already sent them dozens of invoices without any problems. So it must be a technical issue, right?

Does anyone have an idea? What do I do now? I’d be grateful for any help...

How did you solve it?

As before, a maximum of 40 items can be grouped into one order.

Hello Selina,

for some time now I’ve been able to combine more than just 40 items for an invoice. I don’t know how the problem was solved; I tried it again very late last night and then it worked again, I guess it was a technical problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was happy to check the items for you. The buyer requested combined shipping here. Please go here under unpaid orders > on the right, click "Combine purchases". After that, you should be able to create an invoice. Feel free to come back to us if you have any further issues.

Now it summarizes the articles, but again the same thing, the same message appears when I try to change the shipping.
