Invoice number
This invoice number can be adjusted and is automatically increased by 1 with each new invoice. Your settings will be saved. Once you have printed your invoice, this number can no longer be changed.
Ebay does not continue counting the invoice numbers, support does not want to or cannot help Best regards Thomas

Mentor2 weeks agoHello @sbc-art-crazyirish , many thanks for your post. Such situations are always described when the buyer has not yet paid, or the last invoice was not printed via the feature "Print invoice and more". Only then does the counter continue. It is also important that the invoice number is entered in the corresponding field and not in the optional prefix.
