Hello,unfortunately I’m not making any progress with my issue. I have already contacted support, but they were unable to provide a solution.I sell refurbished items on eBay. In the refurbished statistics, the average processing time for returns is currently shown as 67 hours. However, this must be under 48 hours.To check this, I exported all transactions and found that one return is listed with a processing time of 1,615 hours (see attachment). That cannot be correct.For context:The buyer had initiated a return. I then offered him a partial refund of €5, which he agreed to via eBay message. However, he never officially accepted the offer in the return. The return was then automatically closed. Since then, the displayed processing time has continued to increase.Could you please let me know whom I can contact to have this error corrected, or how I should proceed myself?Kind regardsMax
