Return label
I sold something, the man is not satisfied.
Wanted to send it back. Great. He did everything nicely through eBay, he says he did not receive a return label and I can see it. Where can you help further

OP1 month agoOkay, I wanted to say that he doesn't have a return label.? If that's what it says, though. I got the return number from DHL. But he says that he didn't get it from you

I’d be happy to help you, as my dear colleague Melina isn’t supporting the community today.
As soon as an item doesn’t match the description, the seller should issue a shipping label. A refund should only be made after the goods have been delivered. In this case, the label was created first and a few minutes later, a refund was initiated by you. Therefore, your buyer no longer has access to the shipping label.
I therefore recommend that you always initiate the refund only once the item is with you. In this case, it’s advisable for you to create a new label for your buyer. Then they can send you your goods.
