Hello, I’m a buyer and would like to return an item. I’m being offered a return label from Hermes or DHL... but that’s pretty expensive. I’d now like to create a label myself. But without making a selection, the "continue" button isn’t enabled. So I can’t start the return. Or am I missing something?Who can help? Many thanks.
