Revolut VISA card for sales costs
Hello, Ebay is telling me that my Revolut VISA is accepted for payouts (payouts work smoothly), but not for selling fees. Does anyone know why? Do I need to add a different VISA card for the selling fees (shipping labels)? I don’t understand it. Please help. Thanks and best regards, Pless58

OP3 weeks agoHello Anna, here’s what I received from Ebay at 09:16: "We have removed your payment method Revolut Bank, German branch ending in 6615 as the preferred method for paying selling costs.
Please add another payment method as the preferred method for paying selling costs." I’d like to understand it and would like to know why this was done. It had been working fine for a long time. Please reply. Thank you very much and best regards! Pless58

Sellers must have a payment method on file to pay fees and other selling costs. Your payouts are being held because eBay has determined that your current payment method is invalid. This can happen if attempts to charge your bank account or credit card fail, amounts are charged back, or eBay was unable to verify your account using test payments. Please add a payment method to your eBay account so you can receive your money.„I don’t understand why the VISA card, which was fine for months, suddenly became invalid both for payouts and as a payment method (but it still works for payouts!!!). That has to make some kind of sense, and I’d really like to understand it. Please help me with this. Many thanks and kind regards Pless58
