Riverty refund

Question

Hello, can someone tell me how long a refund with Riverty takes? I canceled 2 sales, on eBay in the overview it also says refunded, but it hasn't been credited back to my account for over a week now.

why doesn't one actually think before making a purchase whether one really wants to have something / is allowed to / it fits / one can afford it?

Purchases are binding, and if the purchase takes place privately, there is no right to cancel a purchase, even if eBay has created the technical option for it

As soon as you complain to Rivetty, the refund is processed, or maybe it had to do with downloading the app. Either way, they’re no longer my payment partner now

Hello, I have always used Riverty via the direct debit option in the eBay app, after I had very bad experiences with Paypal. From now on there will only be invoice and bank transfer; collecting payment always goes very quickly, but the other way around unfortunately not.

You're right, the refund with us is already connected.

You can log in directly to Riverty and initiate a review for the refund.

Unfortunately, I don't have any exact information on that.
