Hello, we’ve been on Ebay for about 25 years and have always sold lots of hammocks and accessories. Now ebay has apparently introduced a new algorithm that keeps pushing the most recently sold items. For us as a seasonal business, that’s counterproductive, since of course hardly any hammocks are sold over the winter. The last item from this category sold on 9.5.26. So we’re now essentially “sponsoring” Ebay instead of generating sales here. All items have now been completely updated, texts, images, etc. - The Ebay employee I asked what else I could do merely suggests that I invest even more money and run premium ads. I’d rather not do that, and am now considering cancelling ebay altogether after 25 years. Does anyone know a solution?
