Hello, I returned shoes in agreement with the buyer, the money went to Klarna, not to me, Klarna doesn't know my bank details, I am not allowed to give them over the phone, I have already been in contact, was supposed to go to the site and log in with email and name, but I can't get that done, everywhere it says that no money is available for me. What do I do now, and why did the lady not transfer the money directly to me, but to Klarna? I don't know my way around this.Any help would be very welcome.
