I haven’t been able to post any articles for over 2 weeks! Is anyone still taking care of this?
Summary: bixtron reports ongoing problems with listing items on eBay, which have been going on for over two weeks. The difficulties affect in particular variant listings, whose quantities are not displayed correctly. Despite good phone support, the issue is not being resolved, which is causing business disadvantages. bixtron is therefore considering switching to other sales platforms. A screenshot illustrates the problem by showing the variant quantities incorrectly.

It’s not due to me or my browsers. It just isn’t getting fixed. Not even editing is possible, especially variant listings are affected.
By now it’s almost 600 items that I can’t list on eBay. It’s not just ruining my mood anymore, but also my business.
I’m really at a loss for words... Of course, by phone it was TOP again, which is why this is my last attempt here before I have to switch to other platforms, because my business will keep going regardless of eBay’s little DIY toolkit.

OP2 weeks agoScreenshot of an order - the quantities of the variant items are no longer displayed, but only the total quantity of the entire offer.
So they’re tinkering around again and destroying things..
