Hello,I need help from a staff member, please.I opened a return on June 11 for a purchase where several items were missing, the items were absolutely not in the described condition, bugs had crawled out of some of the items, and some defects were also present. Since the seller naturally put up a fight, I then opened a case.The seller then called eBay and made sure the case was suspended. Today eBay then decided that I should return the items at my own expense. What is wrong this time?Should I contact PayPal directly and file criminal charges, or can this still be corrected so that the seller finally fulfills their damn obligations?Thanks...
