Strange negative review - What can I do?
Good morning everyone,
I received a negative review yesterday for selling a JBL speaker - it says in poor German that the speaker is old and that no charging cable was included (it was a JBL Flip 3 after all // the fact that no charging cable was included was stated in the description)
I already wrote to the buyer nicely about what the real issue is, since I hadn’t heard anything from him beforehand.
However, I’m afraid this will just be an odd person.
This would be - since I’ve been selling commercially on eBay - my first negative review, and that would really bother me quite a bit.
Can I do anything about it? (apart from writing to the customer, as I said, I don’t really see a way to solve this)

OP7 months agoDas kommt wohl davon, wenn man die KI nutzt.. Ursprünglich hatte ich die Richtige Deklaration zum Wiederrufsrecht.
Chatgpt hat wohl ab irgendeinem Zeitpunkt selbstständig den Hinweis abgeändert und ich habe da nicht mehr drüber gelesen...
Jetzt habe ich den Salat das abzuändern.. Aber danke für den Hinweis!

die Bewertung verstösst nicht gegen die eBay Grundsätze
die Käufer heutzutage erwarten auch bei gebrauchter Ware, dass sie wie neu ist und so ausshieht und vor allem wenig kostet
Wie kommst du darauf als GVK Rückgabe auszuschließen?
Wo hast das Ding her? Neus EU-Recht für Gewerbliche?
Machst bitte weg bevor die Abmahner dich entdecken.....
