Parcel returned. Buyer did not collect the parcel (post office branch)
I sold an item. The customer paid. After I had shipped the item, it came back after about 1 month.
The buyer did not pick up the item from the post office. I have already contacted the buyer. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply yet.
What should I do now? Keep waiting or sell the item again?
Maybe someone here has already had this kind of experience.

You can either cancel the purchase and issue a full refund, or refund via the purchase details and deduct the shipping costs.
Once that’s done, you can sell the item again!

OP2 weeks agoI wouldn’t resell the item before getting a refund. That would be fraud after all. Thanks for the answer.
I’ll wait until the weekend and then refund the money.
