first of all, I would contact the buyer and ask them what’s going on with the wrong delivery address. It’s quite possible that the buyer isn’t to blame at all and the shipping carrier messed up here.
If the buyer still wants the item, then they should send you the additional shipping costs (through eBay, that’s no longer possible).
But you shouldn’t send it to any delivery address other than the one listed on eBay. Otherwise you’ll lose your seller protection.
If the buyer doesn’t respond or no longer wants the item, you have no choice but to cancel the purchase and refund the purchase price (partial refund, I would deduct the shipping costs)
