Good morning, I dropped off a package at the Packstation on Monday. Around 12:30 p.m. or so.Today is Wednesday and the shipment status still says Shipment was announced electronically. Yesterday, Tuesday, one day after dropping it off, I called DHL and they told me the package was supposed to arrive with the recipient today and that the package had been picked up and I should not be concerned about the shipment status not changing. Now my question is: how does eBay ultimately know that the package arrived with me as the recipient so it can pay out the money it has retained, and how do I know that it arrived with the recipient, since the shipment status is not changing, as I said, even though the DHL national employee said that there should be an update to my status within a few hours, which has not happened.
