Shipment status in the app only says sent
Hello,
I sold a product and the buyer paid right away, but nothing arrived for 5 days and today the product arrived with him and was delivered, but on eBay it says it was only shipped, which is a problem for me now because I don't know what I should do

You have to enter a tracking number for the item sold, otherwise eBay won't pay out any money to you. But to do that, you also have to have a bank account on file with eBay that has been verified by eBay.
