Tracking number missing

Hello dear all,

I sold a sweater some time ago.

Everything went really well, the buyer received the item. But now the money can’t be paid out because the tracking number isn’t showing up for either the buyer or me. What should I do now?

How did you send it then? There are shipments where there is no tracking.

Was the label bought on eBay?

If it was bought outside, the tracking number has to be entered manually.

Which item is it about?

For the skirt you selected merchandise shipment, and there is no tracking there

For the hoodie you selected DHL parcel, and there is no tracking there either.

As long as the buyer does not report an item not received, you will get the payout even without a number, it just takes longer.
