Tracking number with DHL

Hello eBay team,
On 04.08.2026 I shipped an item with the tracking number 00340434392033989552 via DHL.
Unfortunately, I made a typo with the shipping carrier.
On eBay it says: DPD
But the correct one is: DHL / Deutsche Post
However, the tracking number is 100% correct and belongs to DHL.
According to DHL tracking, the shipment was successfully delivered on 05.18.2026.
Attached is the screenshot as proof.
The buyer has received the item, but the payment is not being released because eBay does not recognize the delivery due to the "wrong carrier".
Please check this manually and release the payment for me.

whether an eBay employee accepts the screenshot for releasing the money, I don't know.
You can't delete the tracking number on eBay, but under Purchase details you can enter a new one (the correct one in your case) under Edit.
@alena@ebay could you please take a look?
