Tracking number is provided but does not exist
A seller added a tracking number, but it doesn't exist — at least that's what DHL says. So the package can't be tracked and it still hasn't arrived here.

OP1 month agoI already did that. I still have to wait until 17.09. before eBay can take action, but giving a wrong number is kind of odd, right?

Mentor1 month agoYou can't say for sure whether it's intentional or a mistake. Sometimes sellers provide the tracking number but the wrong shipping provider.
What does the seller say about it? The time span also seems a bit long to me before eBay can step in. Either the seller stated a longer processing time, or the package is coming from abroad? What do the seller's ratings look like, is anything unusual there?

OP1 month agoI can't spot anything unusual in the ratings. It was supposedly shipped with DHL, but that's not a DHL tracking number:

Mentor1 month agoI see it that way too! It looks to me like a foreign number, but it’s super long. The number could be deleted here by the moderation team, though; that’s not really welcome.
Please mention the item number so that people can take a look at the item and the seller.

it could also be that you ended up with a dropshipper and they have it delivered to you via Ama.... Logistics.
