I need your advice as a seller.

On 31.08.26, I dropped off a sold item at the DHL branch (via eBay DHL parcel shipping) and since then the tracking status hasn’t changed a single time. It still only says, "The shipment was handed in at the branch by the sender."

I shipped the package with the shipping label created by eBay.

Of course the buyer is already asking where the package is, and right now I’m not sure how I should respond.

Since I’ve never had a case like this before, I would be very grateful for any help.
