Tracking not updated even though package has been delivered
Hello,
I have the problem that the tracking on eBay is not being updated. The package was redirected to the branch, and the buyer picked up the package and also left positive feedback. This is also correctly shown on DHL’s site, but on eBay it’s not updating, and accordingly I can’t access the money either. What should I do?

OP2 months agoProblem still persists. Allegedly still not delivered, although it has been marked delivered by DHL since Thursday.

Mentor2 months agoPlease check the payments section, it says there as information how long and what will be withheld, 2 to 3 days after delivery the funds are withheld for new sellers .....I created a new account to track this, the requirements are clearly regulated....please read there

OP2 months agoThanks, you’re now the 3rd person I can explain to that holding the payment for 2-3 days after delivery is NOT the problem! The problem is that on eBay tracking, which SHOULD be 1:1 the DHL tracking, the last step isn’t updated, namely that the buyer has picked up the package. I’m fully aware that the payment is held for 2-3 days after delivery, and that’s what it says too. But eBay doesn’t recognize the delivery, and because of that it doesn’t even get to the 2-3 days after delivery! I found the same problem in other threads too, and it seems to always happen when the package is sent to the branch. And in every case it had to be manually triggered by an employee here, which is the only reason I even wrote about it here in the first place.

When was it delivered or picked up?

Regardless of the update to the shipment status, it can certainly take longer for the payout to be processed. As a seller, you're still relatively new, and eBay sometimes holds onto the amounts a bit longer. This happens for buyer protection reasons.

OP2 months agoHi, the last few times this took 2 days after delivery, but that's not the problem here at all. It explicitly shows amount withheld with the reason shipment not delivered. The last few times it said after delivery money withheld until XX, which then in normal cases was 2 days later, so that's not the problem here either.
