Tracking is not updating
Hello everyone, I sold an item on 18/08 and shipped it on 19/08 as a large letter with an eBay label. Since 20/08, the tracking has shown "was processed at the logistics center." The shipment has already arrived with the buyer, and they left positive feedback. However, the payout is being withheld because the tracking does not show delivery. What can I do here?

You can mention the order number, then an eBay employee can take a look at it tomorrow. Unfortunately, it happens more often that the second scan at the delivery center does not take place.

Wait! Without proof of delivery, it can take up to 30 days until the payout is released. That's just how it is when there is only basic tracking and these letters are only scanned at the mail centers. A rating or confirmation from the buyer that they received it is not accepted as proof by ebay. Besides, you wouldn't have seller protection anyway, since the amount exceeds €20 including shipping costs.
