Shipment tracking on eBay still active despite receipt
Hello,
I ordered an item, paid for it, and received it 6 days ago.
The item is still showing as in transit on eBay, and neither the buyer nor I know how to change that.
I have the DPD receipt confirming the shipment's arrival.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Mentor1 month agoNeither the buyer nor the seller can change that! There are constant problems with shipment tracking on eBay.
