Tracking does not work

Question

Hello,I took 3 parcels to the post office on Monday morning at 9 a.m. as large letters. I used the eBay shipping label for this. The tracking number is stored with the items, but now I have the problem that automatic tracking isn't working for any of them. What can I do, or what happens next?Kind regardsMarkus

If you look at the Deutsche Post tracking, it also only has the following information recorded there:

Status open

We expect your shipment data shortly.

And as @perfect-sally already wrote to you, letters only have basic tracking unless you send them as registered mail.

Letters only have basic tracking, and often that doesn’t even work. Without proof of shipment and without delivery confirmation, you have to wait up to 30 days for the payout.

I’d like to ask an eBay staff member to take a look maybe she can see something, she’ll get in touch here. Please also provide the item numbers.
