Tracking not updated

HelloI sent a book and the shipment also arrived on time with the buyer, unfortunately the tracking was not updated.As a result, I still haven't received my money.I'm in contact with the buyer; he has already contacted the post office and eBay, unfortunately so far without any result.What can be done so that my money is released??

I’ve already received direct feedback from our specialist department as well. We take the status directly from DHL and unfortunately have no influence over internal updates from DHL. Even if the buyer confirms receipt, the release is tied to the shipping provider’s status. The release therefore takes place at the latest after the 30-day buyer protection period has expired. Therefore, we still need to ask you for a bit of patience here.
