Shipment tracking is not displayed correctly.
I sold an item. According to DHL tracking, it has also arrived. However, this is not shown on eBay with the tracking number, so I don't have access to the money. What can I do to make the money available to me?

Mentor3 weeks agoOn eBay, tracking often lags behind. Just wait a bit longer, and if nothing still happens, get in touch again. You also don’t yet have many recent ratings as a seller and are selling fairly expensive items in some cases. So you’re being treated as a new seller, and the money could also be withheld at first.
