After the sale, I can’t create a shipping label for authenticity verification. I always get the message Service not available.

Mentor1 month agoHello @susanne_dessel , many thanks for your post. As I can see, you sold the item to a buyer outside of Germany. Therefore, it will not be sent to the authenticity checker, but to the buyer. For this, the so-called EORI number is still required.

OP1 month agoHello, but the authenticity check should also apply to the UK, otherwise that doesn’t make any sense. There was never any notice here that it wasn’t possible. Best regards
