Hello community. I'm a relatively new seller. In the recent past, I wasn't able to ship 6 out of 400 orders on time. I didn't know how this can affect my account. A few months ago, my service status was rated below average, so my traffic and sales numbers have dropped sharply. An inquiry with eBay showed that I should just keep selling and make sure my orders are shipped on time. Because of the resulting low visibility, I now have few to no sales, so I have no chance to ship orders on time to raise my status again. Can anyone help me or give me tips on how to get out of this dilemma???

63 offers and 62 of them new items? As an allegedly private seller? And then quite a few items listed multiple times in stock?
This could end up costing you a lot more than your service status if a real commercial seller has you sent a cease-and-desist letter!
You are typically acting as a business or commercially if you:
buy items in order to resell them
sell items that you manufactured for resale
regularly sell large quantities of items
sell similar goods, especially new goods, over a longer period of time
frequently sell new items that you did not purchase for your own use
According to case law, the following are considered indicators of commercial activity:
operating an eBay shop
number of current sales: if many items are constantly being sold over a longer period of time, this is usually a commercial seller
the prolonged sale of a private collection over a period of years
type of items sold (new or used goods, value): the sale of several similar navigation devices was classified as proof of commercial activity – as was the offer of 250 batteries in various sizes with reference to the availability of larger quantities.
a website or the use of advertising descriptions that create a professional impression
Note: We regularly review our sellers' trading activities and may ask them to label their eBay account as a commercial account. Furthermore, you must expect that competitors or consumer protection associations may send you a paid cease-and-desist letter and take legal action against you for injunctive relief.
