Shop subscription on eBay.de – marketing features not available | Members help members

I previously had a Shop subscription on ebay.ie (Ireland). I then switched to eBay.de and took out a paid Shop subscription there. The problem is that marketing features are not available. For example, the feature “Send price suggestions to watchers” doesn’t work at all – even for listings that were created directly on ebay.de, despite an active Shop membership. Customer service gives different explanations (region, where the listings were created, etc.), but it gives the impression that eBay stores information about the account’s previous region and that features are therefore restricted regardless of the current subscription. Has anyone had similar experiences after changing the Shop region? I’d appreciate any experiences or tips.
