Hello, I need help with my new commercial shop 'Lustdessous-Berlin'. I pay monthly for the shop subscription, but of my 205 items, only 1 item is visible to buyers. My monthly sales limit is 100,000 items, my VAT ID and my LUCID number are already fully stored in the system and verified. Following question:
Are all my items blocked, invisible lingerie items, due to an automatic age-restriction category (Adult-Only), or is a manual release by the security department missing? Thanks for your help.

Mentor2 months agoI see that you’re marked as absent until June 23, 2026, so you can be glad that articles are visible at all, because with a longer absence, articles are hidden, as far as I know.
Maybe check your absence settings. I saw 2 active articles 4 minutes ago and now none anymore.
And then you should take care of the legally required commercial information!
I see no right of withdrawal and no sample withdrawal form - at least not where it belongs.

OP2 months agomany thanks for the help. That's also why I haven't published the shop yet because of the still uncertain legal texts, among other things. The legal texts are all set up in the terms and conditions, where in your opinion should the cancellation with sample letter go? I have created an interface with IT-Recht here and it works.

Mentor2 months agoThere is an extra field where the cancellation policy has to go; buyers / customers do not want to have to search for where sellers may have placed it.

OP2 months ago...Right of withdrawal and no sample withdrawal form all was fixed, thanks.
The shop is now online and I hope my items will be visible there soon.
