Deliver immediately or money back in the middle of the night
I have people who buy in the middle of the night, then they think I'm at the computer around the clock!
I also have to sleep sometimes, work normally, go shopping and do other things, but people just ignore that!
Getting on my nerves in the middle of the night, asking where the item is, is the height of it!
Because they're impatient, they want their money back right away!

if you have time to read the messages, you probably also have time to send the product key by email (if that's what it's about) - or how would you explain that one thing works, but the other doesn't?
apart from that, some people are sure to get a stomachache when they see what and how much you're selling of it ... whether you're even allowed to do that, you’ve surely researched
if it's about an item that gets shipped ... that has to happen within 2 days after payment

Put people like that straight on the block list; nobody needs that.
