Sold an item, it in with another order from the same person, one marked as delivered.
Recently i sold a few items to this buyer, and since he ordered 3 items seperately, i put them all into one package. The problem is that while all 3 items arrived only one was marked as delivered. So that means i cannot recieve my money. How can it be marked as delivered so i can get my money?

did you also enter the tracking number for the other orders?
If not, the other orders on Ebay are considered not shipped and therefore also not delivered.
Did you coordinate the combined shipping of the orders with the buyer and possibly refund the shipping costs that were paid too much?
