Block a guest account

I signed up as a guest via Google.
The fact is that I no longer could make sense of the security codes ;how; where; what and made a total mess of things, so e-bay has blocked my guest account. My normal account works perfectly. Unfortunately, though, I now have to send back the item I bought because it is defective. I’ve already messaged the seller. But if the account is no longer there (which is what I’m assuming), he won’t issue me a return slip and I won’t get my €20 back anymore: What should I do now?
