@bssbirgit your account does have a US address, but it was opened on eBay.de, a transfer to eBay.us is not possible for this account, so all messages will continue to be in German. Here I can only recommend that you create a new account via eBay.us.

Mentor3 weeks ago@bssbirgit this account has been registered in the USA since 2011, so that actually shouldn't be possible unless you previously lived in Germany and also sold via payment processing through eBay Germany?
