Hello everyone,

I’ve been active on eBay again for a short while now, and now I’ve made my first sale and immediately have a problem....Bought the shipping label through eBay, tracking number automatically added, dropped off the package the same day. Shipment updates from DHL are clearly trackable in the DHL app, but on eBay the status remains at "Label created". According to DHL, the package was delivered yesterday, and the buyer has already left positive feedback. However, the payout is being withheld because of the missing updates in the eBay system.

What can I do, who can help? The chatbot is completely useless for this problem. I can’t find any other solution.

Hello everyone, yes, it was updated and paid out this morning. Don't know whether someone manually helped it along or whether it actually went through like that.
