Still paying per offer despite having a shop
Last month I have changed my commercial profile to paying for a shop. I choose the smallest one, called "Basis-Shop" with 400 free fixed-price offers. Additional offers should be 0,10 EUR. I have less than 100 items right now. Despite me paying for the shop, Ebay is continuing to charging me for every existing fixed-price offer 0,42 cents as if I don't have a shop. What the ...?

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @dleidert.dev if you go here to the listing fees, you can see that they were already credited back to you on 15/08 and were not charged.

OP3 weeks agoIt seems I misread the list and these were reimbursements and not deducted fees. Weird, though.
