Cancellation ignored

I accidentally bought a console and canceled it right after. It was actually supposed to be a gift for my brother, so this is really urgent.
The seller isn’t responding at all and is ignoring all messages. Time is running out for me, because I don’t know whether I can buy another one or get my money back.
Can this somehow be sped up or forced through if the guy just stays silent?
