Search does not only find the exact term you want

Hello!
When I search for the term "Weißwasser", articles are also found that contain the words "*weiß" and "wasser*" in various combinations.
So, for example, "weiß wasserdicht", "weiß wasserlöslich", "weiß wasserkocher", "weiß wasserfest", "warmweiß wasserdicht" etc.
How can I make it so that only articles with the exact term "Weißwasser" are found, without having to explicitly exclude the unwanted words in the search?
Putting it in quotation marks, as it works with search engines, doesn't help, nor does the advanced search with the option "Exact terms, exact order".

I don’t exactly know what you’re looking for with the term Weißwasser. But maybe it’ll help you if you also use the category in the advanced search under the search criteria:

Weißwasser is my hometown, and I’m interested in everything there is from this city or about this city. First and foremost postcards, photos, and books / brochures. But I don’t want to limit myself to just one category.

I see. I suspect that the German ß and the confusion with double-s in the original search (US-Language) are causing problems.
In my old hometown Wattenscheid, the search works wonderfully.
Maybe we can call an Ebay employee over for you tomorrow.

I was hoping there'd be another way too, since new unwanted terms keep being added all the time.
