Buys an original watch in good condition without scratches and wants to send back a scratched watch and get their money back, now I'm left here with nothing, eBay is blocking my payout and I get my watch back scratched even though it was in good condition,
Where is the logic????? And harasses me all day long.
So I had to block the buyer.

Order number? Item number? Case opened? How was it decided?
