I ordered a bag. Seller is in Australia. But the bag was sent without CITES. Customs seized the bag. I reported what happened to Ebay early enough. Nevertheless, the money was transferred tothe seller. Since Ebay has no functioning customer service but only a chatbot, I don't know what to do next. The case is not closed for me, but for Ebay it already is. Now the seller is sitting in Australia and laughing about everything. I haven't heard anything since December. What now? Do I also have to pay a lawyer additionally, as Ebay suggested?
