Can you explain to me why they buy technology without knowing how to use it, and then ruin the seller?

You are cutting back on buyers' rights and cheating eBay out of the commission.
But then complain about others.

They don't know how it works. I have a lot of returns, eBay has blocked my sales and isn't refunding my money.
