Partial refund
I sent several items to a customer, one of them got damaged during transport, how can I get the amount for that item refunded? The help topics didn’t help me.R

Mentor5 months agoYou can send a partial refund when the buyer opens a return, then you can offer a partial refund.
And next to each item there is a drop down menu where you can also find the option "Send refund". Try to see whether you can enter the corresponding refund amount there.
Or if you had combined the items (combined shipping), then try it via the details under "More actions".
