Partial repayment
Hello,
I need quick help.
I received a refund request. I offered the buyer a partial refund. Unfortunately, I entered the bottle price there. Can I undo that?

Mentor1 month agoIf you’ve already sent the "Offer", then there’s absolutely nothing you can undo there!
At that point, you could only not issue the partial refund, but I don’t know what can happen then. There’ll definitely be trouble.

then you probably reached into the --box. If you accidentally offered too high a refund, unfortunately you are bound by it if the buyer accepts.
