The buyer does not confirm the receipt of the article
I sent the article with normal post for 10 days ago. The buyer does not confirm the receipt so I can't receive the money. I contacted the buyer, but he does not answer nor react to my messege.
The article is only 2 euro worth, but I don't want a open case. There is no place to ask for help at eBay in this case. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @donskim every buyer can report a case for non-receipt, as long as you keep shipping without a tracking number AND proof of delivery.
So you always run the risk of losing both the money and the goods, since eBay's buyer protection would then decide in the buyer's favor.

Mentor3 weeks agoThere is no function whereby a buyer could confirm receipt! Without shipping and delivery confirmation, the payout can take up to 30 days if the buyer does not report an item not received.
