The security SMS does not arrive
When I try to submit a best offer for an item, the system asks for a security SMS code. Unfortunately, the code never arrives at my verified phone number. I've been trying to get it to work for days now

In this case, please call the hotline colleagues so they can carry out a review and possibly make a change.
You can find the number in the Imprint under contracting party.

OP1 week agoI don't know where to find the item number, but I sent a link to the product. I think the site doesn't like my phone number, even though it's been saved for years... Is there no way to confirm via email instead?
